At Dazaria, we take great care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, securely, and beautifully presented. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) qualify for same-day dispatch, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
· Standard Delivery: 3 - 5 business days
· Express Delivery: 2 - 3 business days
· Nest Day Delivery: 1 - 2 business days

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable free delivery thresholds will also be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel. If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
