· Unwanted items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided a return request is submitted within this timeframe.
· Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges for unused, unworn items.
· All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all protective seals intact.
· We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.
